US Orders – Import Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by U.S. customs regulations and vary depending on the type, value, and destination of the goods.

Please note:

  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
  • They are collected by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount in advance.

If you decide not to pay the import fees and the package is returned to us, we will refund the product price (excluding shipping costs) once the item is safely received back.

We strongly recommend that U.S. customers check their local customs guidelines before ordering, to be aware of any potential charges.

Please keep in mind that once an item leaves the INI CERAMIQUE to be shipped abroad, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country’s postal service and customs. Once an item is in customs it can be held by the according country for up to 45 days. INI CERAMIQUE does not have authority over the object at the time it is received by customs. Therefore, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the destination country’s postal service or customs to locate a package. Please check your email for a tracking number and file a claim if an item is held in customs for more than 45 days.

 

Tax / VAT

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities. These further costs shall be borne by the customer.

 

RETURN

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return. Please contact us at hi@iniceramique.com

We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and in the same condition and original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the shipping return. We do not accept returns for products that are made-to-order, or sale items.
