‘Dal N°1 - White’ Ceramic Vase

Please note that all of my products are made on demand, meaning I will begin producing your vase once the order is placed. I kindly ask you to allow 30 days for the process. This is the time needed to start and complete the handmade production in our studio in Burgundy, France, before the vase is ready to be shipped to your destination.

As part of INI CERAMIQUE's latest collection, we proudly present the 'Dal N°1 - White' ceramic vase, meticulously handcrafted in our studio by our designer, following a meticulous craftsmanship process. The vase draws inspiration from traditional Korean patterns dating back to the Joseon dynasty (1392-1910), which were widely used in architecture, cultural artifacts, and everyday objects, symbolizing Buddhist philosophy. These patterns encapsulated a deep reverence for nature and evoked a sense of spirituality, believed to bring happiness and bestow blessings of good fortune.

Once the vase takes shape and is meticulously sanded, each pattern is skillfully hand-carved into the dry clay, with utmost care taken to remove any residual dust. It undergoes two rounds of firing; first at 1000°C and then, after applying glaze to its interior, it is fired again at 1250°C to ensure exceptional durability and resilience.

DETAILS:
- Crafted from high-temperature fired stoneware, complemented by a lustrous, transparent glaze on the inside.
- The exterior showcases intricate hand-carved motifs, inspired by traditional Korean patterns, while highlighting the natural texture of the clay.
- Each piece is lovingly handmade in our studio in France, resulting in slight variations in color, shape, and size, adding to its unique character.
